She was able to guide me though the entire process of perchasing a home long distance over phone, text, email and she was always available and willing to help answer all of my questions.

We made one call, to one realtor, Dyann. This was our first home so we were new to the selling process but she made us feel like old pros. Her knowledge of the area and market was amazing. She made showings and appointments very easy considering we were juggling a family of five. We had our house up for sale 3 times before we had Dyann come In. Every thing the old realtor did was wrong, Dyann fixed It. First of all she hired a professional photographer to come In and take pictures the correct way she advertised beyond advertising. Our house sold very quickly and I mean quickly. If I could give her more than five stars I would. She has exceeded all of my expectations. She and Patricia Sterling are truly the best, and I say this with utmost confidence. I previously had a negative experience with a realtor, and ended up losing a house I was really excited about due to this last realtor’s negligence and disregard. It was a total nightmare, I was actually about to give up on looking for a home. But since finding Dyann I have gained a sense of security as well as peace of mind, because I knew from the beginning that she was truly interested in helping me the perfect home for me. Dyann and Patricia took time to sit with me and determine what best suited my needs. They showed me various properties and when we found 'the one' they did all the rigorous work. Together, the two helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She went out of her way to get us into property that normally wasn't accessible so I could see a finished remodel for comparison purposes. Although very busy with business dealings she was always available by phone when I needed information. Dyann represents a wide range of property options. They were very compassionate, diligent and never gave up, being there every step of the way from getting the homes ready to list to coordinating repairs, getting bids and finding trusted professionals to do the work. We started with the idea of buying a newer home on acreage and after spending several months attempting to find a home we changed our direction to building our own home. In the end, we did buy a new home. Dyann was able to show us many homes in all areas of Vail, Tucson and the greater Tucson area. She quickly understood our desires in a home and was able to help steer our search, without restricting what we viewed. Since we were only able to spend weekends for our search, we challenged Dyann to spend as much time with us as possible while we flew into town. She was able to spend several full days/weekends with us which was a great help in our search. As we started to change our direction towards building a new home, Dyann continued to show us land for sale with great views and locations. She also introduced us to several builders to allow us to see their current construction projects and have them provide us a high level estimate for their building our home. This was a great help to understand the builders attention to details, quality and pricing. We did make an offer on a lot but we were unable to reach a deal at a price we were comfortable. Based on this we did purchase a newly constructed home. Dyann was able to negotiate with the selling agent (who was also with the same agency) and was able to close at our original asking price. Dyann also ensured we had the appropriate safeguards in our offer terms, including appraisals, inspections, etc. Since we were out of town buyers, Dyann also managed all of the inspections and other repair or service firms needing to visit the home prior to the closing. She arranged the appraisal, pest inspections, solar companies and attempted to acquire visits by swimming pool firms. She attended the closing inspection and offered suggestions for areas needing improvements. Dyann also managed the staff who needed access to the home for repairs required as a result of the closing review. Overall we were very satisfied with the services provided by Dyann and appreciated her attention to detail.

She was the listing agent on the home I purchased. When it came time to sell my current home and purchase a new one, I wouldn't think of using anyone else. She is both warm and friendly and easy to get along with and communicate with. She is also both passionate about her job and committed to making the whole process of selling or buying a home as seamless and pleasant as possible.
